    本讲座基于?y中丰教授领导的研究团队在2008年对全日本4万多家社区自治组织的调研，重点介绍日本社区公共服务供给体制的特点。

主讲人简介：

Yutaka Tsujinaka is Executive Advisor to the President and Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Tsukuba, Japan. Prior to serving as an Executive Advisor to the President, Dr. Tsujinaka was Vice President for International Affairs, and Chair of the Doctoral Program in International and Advanced Japanese Studies. Dr. Tsujinaka holds a doctor of law degree (political science) from Kyoto University, in addition to master and bachelor of law degrees from Osaka University. He has been elected as the president (term 2014-2016) of the Japanese Political Science Association in 2013. He has been conducting surveys on civil society organizations in 15 countries and accumulating data from 63,000 associations since 1997. For his experience overseas, he has been conducting international collaborative research since he was a Fulbright Fellow and American Council of Learned Society Fellow at Cornell University 1989-1991.
